The Phase 2th, Medium stage, 2016-2018

第二阶段 2016-2018 “精”文旅阶段

更注重项目质量，运营效果，地域特色和文化内涵。

在经过了第一个阶段的初步实践之后，我们设计的项目在业主一方获得了很好的反响，逐渐的开始在市场上获得一些新的机会，有幸接触到了各种各样不同的开发团体和一些有趣的项目。在原来的重文旅景观设计的基础上，为了能够更好地满足市场需求，我们开始对设计方法和理念进行深入思考和调整，结合新的开发背景，探索出了各种对应的设计策略。

这个时期我们接触到的文旅景观经历了产业的快速扩张和洗牌，一些中小型的开发项目逐渐变多，项目投资额不再是那么的“财大气粗”，从以前的追求规模和投资，变成了更注重项目质量和运营效果，业主的类型和诉求也更加的多元。与此同时，市场对文旅景观设计的要求也在不断提高，从追求宏达的叙事场景，到更加注重场地本身的空间特色和文化内涵。

在这段期间里，我们在角马的景观团队又做了好几个大型的项目，有黄梅五祖寺项目、厦门天成山菩提书院项目，张家港双山岛文旅开发，边城古镇改造等。

During this period, the cultural tourism landscape we came into contact with experienced rapid expansion and reshuffling of the industry, and some small and medium-sized development projects gradually increased, and the project investment amount was no longer so "deep-pocketed", from the previous pursuit of scale and investment, to pay more attention to project quality and operational effects, and the types and demands of owners were more diversified.

黄梅五祖菩提小镇｜ HUANGMEI WUZU BODHI TOWN

缘起东山上问梅山水间

昔日东山开禅脉，

祖庭重辉信众来。

东禅西道楚天下，

鄂旅重笔书重彩！

这个项目是由鄂旅投集团打造的-黄梅东山问梅村，地处大别山南麓、黄梅五祖景区内，意在打造“天下祖庭，国际禅都”的气势宏伟的祖庭气象。浓郁的禅宗文化对于我们这些平时并不怎么修行的“无神论”设计师来说，是一个很有趣味感的新鲜事。

项目的操盘是我们在陕西汉中项目之后，又一次跟随灵山文化院一起承接的项目，灵山文化院是总操盘手，角马建筑负责了小镇的规划和设计，我带领的角马景观团队负责的是小镇景观的方案设计。这个项目的设计一直持续了大约三年左右。

作为集朝拜、祈福、修禅、休闲、度假、生态有机产业等功能于一体的旅游景区，团队强化休闲度假娱乐的调性氛围的同时增强小镇的核心承载。本着以阴济阳、以低和高、以柔化刚的原则，调和风格，打造高低相倾、动静相宜、商景相成的禅意特色小镇。

As a tourist attraction integrating worship, prayer, meditation, leisure, vacation, ecological organic industry and other functions, the team strengthens the tonal atmosphere of leisure and vacation entertainment while enhancing the core bearing of the town. Based on the principle of yin and yang, low and high, and softening rigidity, we harmonize the style to create a Zen characteristic town with high and low inclination, movement and static, and business scenery.

东山法门位于景区内入口，是东山古道与菩提小镇间的主要节点，现状有一处佛塔、两棵乔木与一处民房，现状地被植物较凌乱。规划将台地周围铺装进行禅意处理，并稍作扩大以容纳更多游客，在原先基础上再增加一条步道以供来自不同方向的游客使用。最后在外围区域布置铺装硬地，给游客提供更多的休憩空间。

It is planned to zen the paving around the mesa and slightly expand it to accommodate more visitors, adding a trail to the original for visitors from different directions. Finally, paved hard floors are arranged in the peripheral areas to provide visitors with more rest space.

这一次我们做的是ps+模型渲染出类真实场景的效果图，团队每一个成员都能熟练操作这中技法。在一些新媒体的分享中，发现这个效果图技法很受大学生朋友的喜爱。

菩提小镇以中心广场为界划分前镇后镇两大部分，前镇沿街沿湖主要以零售餐饮业态为主，背离主街部分用作客栈；靠近中心广场部分以文化体验和休闲娱乐业态为主，沿水部分则加入部分餐饮；后镇及山麓地带则以居住业态为主，布置客栈和禅修精舍。对于景观氛围的营造，在主街两侧业态开始更多呈现。以餐饮为主，成行成市，不同体量店铺错落布局。该区域景观以春景为主，以落英缤纷烘托商业氛围，湖滨餐饮平台周边种植花树，民宿庭院与主街部分点级花卉植物，形成较热闹的市集街区情景。

The landscape of this area is dominated by spring scenery, and the commercial atmosphere is set off by the colorful falling flowers. Flowers and trees are planted around the lakeside dining platform, and some flower plants are placed in the hotel courtyard and the main street, forming a more lively market street scene..

在建筑为主体表现物的场景里面，我们景观设计师与建筑设计师一起搭建模型，对效果图的渲染进行了不同专业的同步指导，这种方式成为了我们做建筑景观一体化操作的标准流程。

In the scene where the building is the main object of representation, our landscape architects and architects build models together, and provide synchronous guidance on the rendering of renderings in different professions. This method has become our standard process for the integrated operation of architecture and landscape.

在黄梅东山问梅村的项目策划中，团队重点关注宗教名胜地这个关键词。这一核心关键词强调了该项目在地缘文化上的重要性。作为一个典型的文旅小镇开发模式案例，黄梅东山问梅村的策划是将宗教文化与经济版块进行有效结合的一次全新尝试。

和我们在第一阶段做的那些项目相比，这个项目研讨了在中部省份做项目，如何保证空间氛围感的条件下，让设计跟投资强度相匹配，使得我们的设计能够在经济性上保持可操作性。

In the project planning of Huangmei Dongshan Wenmei Village, the team focused on the keyword of religious places. This core keyword underscores the geocultural importance of the project. As a typical case of the development model of cultural tourism town, the planning of Huangmei Dongshan Wenmei Village is a new attempt to effectively combine religious culture and economic sectors.

天成山菩提书院｜ TIANCHENG MOUNTAIN BODHI ACADEMY

本身无一物，

何处惹尘埃。

自然去雕饰，

禅韵天成山。

缘分是很奇妙的事情，在做黄梅那个项目的那段时间里，陆续的几个项目都跟佛教有了直接联系，一段时间里生活中都是“佛”的事情，我在想也许是以前喜欢看佛教的书籍带来的因缘。

2016年开始的天成山菩提书院项目有意思的点是我们第一次与这样的非专业开发公司打交道，这次我们是与普明禅寺——宗教团体——进行深度合作，他们致力于打造一个以佛教文化为核心和象征的山体禅修中心，在这个团体里面，禅师的地位很崇高，他的信众来自于各种社会阶层和职业，有身价不菲的大老板，各类公司的高层管理人员，普通的公司职工，也有我们这样的设计师同行。禅师的愿景是希望能够在山里建立一个场所，这个场所重点不是烧香拜佛，而是教导信徒修炼身心。每一次的汇报都没有在正式的办公室，而是在师傅的禅堂。

这也是我们第一次做山地项目，项目开始之初，为了考察项目，跟随师傅几次入山，在山中一待就是四五天，每天跟随师傅一起爬上爬下，也是获得心灵的修练。

Fate is a wonderful thing, during the time of working on Huangmei's project, several projects have been directly related to Buddhism, and for a period of time, life is a "Buddha" thing, I think maybe it is the cause brought by the previous favorite reading of Buddhist books.

This is also our first mountain project. At the beginning of the project, in order to inspect the project, the team followed the master into the mountains several times and stayed in the mountains for four or five days. Climbing up and down with the master every day was also a spiritual practice.

在山中行走是项目的日常

这一次的设计内容都是山地里的景观，基于现场照片做效果图是这次的主要表现技法。

菩提书院导师济群法师开示了十二字箴言“无我/无相/无限/出世/寂静/超然”。面对这只可意会不可言传的佛系要求，团队在景观设计上以“禅韵天成，道法自然”为指导思想，遵循“大梳理，少破坏，精施工，重节约，特色打造细微环境” 的原则，力求最大程度的保护自然生态、挖掘场所特征，满足广大信众亲近佛法、教学禅修的需求，塑造禅意生态景观区。

清水山房设置茶房提供休闲服务，觉心源茶院沿地势可造水系贯穿，普光明殿推崇法相庄严的气氛，紫竹书院以静谧水潭和紫竹林为主要塑景手法，地藏院采用自然石块整修现有路径，红枫谷以红枫为中心，尊崇原始山林风貌，阿兰若充分利用现有石景资源，天成潭对叠水砖墙面进行改造，菩提书院禅修区强调利用现有水体，打造舒适恬美的居住环境。

The teacher of Bodhi Academy, gave the 12-character maxim "Selfless / Phaseless / Infinite / Born / Silent / Transcendent". Faced with this ineffable Buddhist requirement, the team took "Zen rhyme and nature" as the guiding ideology in landscape design, followed the principle of "combing, less destruction, fine construction, heavy economy, and characteristics to create a subtle environment", and strived to protect the natural ecology and excavate the characteristics of the site to the greatest extent.

规划的整体空间“虽由人作，宛自天开”；致力于利用营造的景观环境来隐去建筑的存在，使之融化在自然中。天成文化景观修旧如旧，生态保育区保障自然生态至上，梳理整理现有山道形成禅修经行步道，对地势优良的小休憩点进行整理打造山林间、溪水旁的静谧禅修空间。这一系列禅建项目让团队静心修行，感悟颇多，亦觉缘分匪浅；超脱凡俗，展示事物本真之美，即是禅的本意。

This series of Zen construction projects allowed the team to meditate and practice, and they had a lot of insights and a lot of fate; Transcending the mundane and showing the true beauty of things is the original meaning of Zen.

茶峒·边城——穿梭时空的浪漫古镇｜ CHADONG BORDER TOWN

纯真而炽热恬静而执着

此情可待成追忆

只是当时已惘然

这是一片众里千寻的灵魂热土

2018年的时候，作为一个从湖南走出来的设计师这一次终于把项目做回了家乡，而且地点还是在神秘梦幻的湘西，是那个沈从文魂牵梦绕的“边城”。

茶峒边城小镇商业街区是由边城镇政府牵头复星集团和曲乐投资共同打造的神话湘西的田园牧歌。这个项目分成两块，一块是营造一个新镇，一块是对老的小镇进行维护更新。

旅游名胜地、少数民族自治地、山区古镇改造等这些核心要素是这一次项目的新挑战，角马文创规划团队参考《边城》小说背景以及当地人文风情结合湘西建筑风格，将民国时期当地人生活的日常、习俗风情作为核心剧本，同时考虑当地居民的现实利益和可操作性，将新老两镇打造成为一个文艺浪漫的旅游度假目的地。

Chafeng Border Town Commercial Block is an idyllic song of the mythical Xiangxi Province jointly created by Fosun Group and Qule Investment led by the border town government. The project is divided into two parts, one is to create a new town, and the other is to maintain and update the old town.

新镇之地是结合湘西魔幻故事+翠翠的故事情节打造了一个带有很强主题特色的新湘西山镇环境。

在改造策略的制定中，我们的团队深入理解并研究了当地居民的生活方式、经营特色，坚持满足原住民的基本需求，在空间关键交汇处，挑选出了15个核心改造节点，作为整体改造工程的关键支撑。

在改造方法的实施上，团队严格遵循古镇改造的关键步骤——修旧如旧，但鉴于当地长时间无序生长导致的空间氛围“面目全非”，我们重新定位了边城古镇的“旧”风貌，提取了当地建筑特色的积极元素，并将其应用于修复“旧”的过程，使修复后的景观空间符合无序生长前的风貌。

在恢复空间、立面的立体优化过程中，我们并未拘泥于传统的古镇运营模式，而是通过“拆、改、加”的方法，有序地恢复了古镇鼎盛时期的居住风格，同时也满足了现代旅游业对文旅商业的需求。改造后的设计不仅恢复了当地原有的良性元素，也营造出了一个面向未来的全新氛围。

In the process of three-dimensional optimization of the restored space and façade, we did not stick to the traditional operation mode of the ancient town, but through the method of "demolition, renovation and addition", we restored the residential style of the ancient town in its heyday in an orderly manner, and also met the demand of modern tourism for cultural tourism and commerce. The renovated design not only restores the original benign elements of the local area, but also creates a new atmosphere for the future.

团队在古镇景观改造的具体手法上，更多的将主动权交给当地居民，通过少量的标准化控制和专业核心点改造，控制住原先无序生长的状况，再加以良性引导，使得改造具备可持续发展的潜质。在古镇环境改善的实践中，团队更强调居民主体地位的发挥，通过有限的标准操控以及关键点的精心改造，抑制原有无序扩张的发展态势。

In the specific methods of landscape renovation of the ancient town, the team handed over more initiative to local residents, controlled the original disorderly growth through a small number of standardized control and professional core point transformation, and then gave benign guidance, so that the transformation has the potential for sustainable development.

为了突出项目的地理位置和区域特色，以及在实施过程中可能遇到的地域差异。结合场地的设计表现方式和现场氛围营造，团队同时为边城古镇改造项目提供了具体的实施方案和实现路径，进一步拓宽了项目的可能性和想象空间，为项目带来了更多的创意和发展机遇。

Combined with the design expression of the site and the creation of the on-site atmosphere, the team also provided specific implementation plans and implementation paths for the renovation project of the ancient town of the border city, which further broadened the possibilities and imagination of the project and brought more creativity and development opportunities to the project.

在这一次的古镇改造实践中，我们的景观设计师团队和建筑设计师团队紧密的合作，打破专业壁垒，以类似场景构建师的角色对街区打造，不仅是做硬件更新，对于软景氛围的营造也全力投入，这是我们在做文旅项目旅程中的又一次突破。

In this ancient town renovation practice, our landscape architect team and architectural designer team worked closely together to break professional barriers and build blocks with the role of similar scene builders, not only to update the hardware, but also to fully invest in the creation of soft landscape atmosphere, which is another breakthrough in our journey of cultural tourism projects.

第二篇章结语｜ CONCLUSION PHASE II

更加关注于项目的特点，创造具有地方性特色的景观空间。

注重可持续发展和生态保护，实现项目的长期可持续发展。

在这个阶段，我们更加关注于每个项目的特点，力求在满足客户需求的基础上，尽可能地体现项目的地域文化。我们会深入研究项目所在地的历史、文化、地理、气候等因素，将这些元素融入到景观设计中，以创造出具有地方性特色的景观空间。

我们也开始注重项目的可持续发展和生态保护。在设计过程中，会充分考虑到项目所在地的生态环境和资源，尽量减少对环境的破坏，多会采用可持续的材料和技术，降低能耗，减少环境污染，以实现项目的长期可持续发展。

这一阶段做的每一个文旅项目都给设计师带来了全新的生活体验，在工作之余也享受了生活的美好。

At this stage, we pay more attention to the characteristics of each project, and strive to reflect the regional culture of the project as much as possible on the basis of meeting the needs of customers. We delve into the historical, cultural, geographic, climatic and other factors of the project location, and integrate these elements into the landscape design to create a landscape space with local characteristics.
